近年来,高等教育进入高质量发展阶段,高校财务管理面临提升资金使用效益、增强对高质量发展支持的任务,“业财融合”理念因此在高校财务管理中得到广泛关注。文章阐述了“业财融合”在高校中的现实意义,以高校项目管理为基础,分析项目管理中存在的问题并对此提出如何在高校项目管理中推进业财融合的措施和方法,助力当下业财融合在高校有效落地。

In recent years,higher education has entered the stage of high-quality development.The financial management of colleges is facing the task of improving the efficiency of fund use and enhancing the support for high-quality development.Therefore,the concept of "business-finance integration" has attracted extensive attention in the financial management of colleges.This paper expounds the practical significance of "business-finance integration" in colleges,analyzes the problems existing in college project management,and puts forward the measures and methods of promoting business-finance integration in college project management,so as to help the effective implementation of business-finance integration in Colleges.
