摘要
开展了废氧化锌催化剂中氧化锌的回收实验,通过单因素实验,研究了硫酸浓度、液固比、超声功率、p H值、陈化时间对氧化锌回收率的影响。采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交实验,探究液固比、硫酸浓度、体系p H值、陈化时间对氧化锌收率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:液固比为4.0,硫酸浓度35%,体系p H值为7.5,陈化时间3.5h,制备的氧化锌纯度大于99.5%,收率大于92.7%。
The recovery experiment of zinc oxide from waste zinc oxide catalyst was carried out,and the effects of sulfuric acid concentration,liquid-solid ratio,ultrasonic power,pH value and aging time on the recovery rate of zinc oxide were studied.The effects of liquid-solid ratio,sulfuric acid concentration,pH value of the system and aging time on the yield of zinc oxide were investigated through L_(9)(3^(4)) orthogonal experiment.The optimum conditions were as followed:the liquid-solid ratio was 4,the concentration of sulfuric acid was 35%,the pH value of the system was 7.5 and the maturing time was 3.5h.The purity of the prepared zinc oxide was more than 99.5% and the yield was more than 92.7%.
