2205双相不锈钢在H_(2)SO_(4)溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为 被引量:2

摘要 采用微观组织观察法和电化学测试法,研究2205双相不锈钢的显微组织及在H_(2)SO_(4)溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:2205双相不锈钢的组织由铁素体和奥氏体构成,其中铁素体相的体积分数为43%。在不同浓度H_(2)SO_(4)溶液中2205双相不锈钢均发生明显的钝化现象,5%HSO溶液中,2205双相不锈钢钝化膜的击穿电位较高,击穿电流密度大,钝化区间宽,钝化膜稳定性较好。 The microstructure observation method and electrochemical test method were used to study microstructure and electrochemical corrosion behavior of 2205 duplex stainless steel in HSOsolution. The results showed that tha microstructure of 2205 duplex stainless steel was composed of ferrite and austenite, and the volume fraction of ferrite phase was 43%. Obvious passivation occurred in 2205 duplex stainless steel in different mass fractions of H_(2)SO_(4) solution. In 5% H_(2)SO_(4) solution, the pitting potential of the film was higher, the current density was larger, the passivation interval was wider, and the film stability was better.
