摘要
延迟焦化工艺是一种当代最为成熟的重油加工工艺,随着我国进口原油逐渐变重和轻质油品消费量不断增大,延迟焦化装置保持高负荷、长周期运行,使得加热炉炉管结焦成为常态。随着国内环保要求的提高、装置人员集约化以及成本等诸多因素的制约,目前传统的空气-烧焦工艺已经无法满足当前的环保要求。机械清焦存在加热炉开停炉操作波动、清焦处理时间过长等不利因素。因此开发出一种能够满足当前环保要求,实现自动控制的在线环保清焦技术,成为延迟焦化装置技术发展的迫切需求。介绍延迟焦化装置加热炉采用在线恒温清焦技术后的运行情况,加热炉入口压力下降约0.1 MPa,炉管表面温度平均下降70℃左右,且随时自动清除炉管内的积炭,实现焦粒和能量的密闭回收。
The delayed coking process is the most mature heavy oil processing process in contemporary times. With the gradual weighting of imported crude oil and the increasing consumption of light oil products, the delayed coking unit maintains high load and long-term operation, so that the heating furnace tubes is cooking. With the improvement of domestic environmental protection requirements, the intensification of installation personnel and the constraints of many factors such as cost, the current traditional air-scorching process has been unable to meet the current environmental protection requirements. There are some unfavorable factors in mechanical coke cleaning, such as fluctuation of heating furnace startup and shutdown operation, long coke cleaning treatment time.Therefore, it is an urgent need for the delayed coking unit to develop an online environmental protection coke cleaning technology that can meet the current environmental protection requirements and realize automatic control. In this paper, the operation of the heating furnace of the delayed coking unit after adopting the on-line constant-temperature decoking cleaning technology was introduced,the inlet pressure of the heating furnace dropped by about 0.1 MPa, the average surface temperature of the furnace tube decreased by about 70 ℃, and the carbon deposit in the furnace tube was automatically removed, the closed recovery of coke particles and energy was realized.
