摘要
化工机械经常需要高负荷工作,不仅要长时间运转,而且要承受高温高压、接触危化品等,因此很容易出现腐蚀现象,提高其防腐性能,有助于预防安全事故、降低经济损失、减少人员伤亡和环境污染、提高生产效率。通过对可能造成化工机械腐蚀的各种因素及其相互联系进行分析,针对几种易受腐蚀的化工机械设备进行腐蚀研究,发现其腐蚀部位和程度,采取有效的防腐措施,以确保化工机械设备能够高效率、高质量、安全稳定的运行,为化工企业设备防腐提供参考。
Chemical machinery often needs high load work. It not only needs to operate for a long time, but also has to bear high temperature and high pressure and contact with dangerous chemicals. Therefore, it is easy to have corrosion, improving its anti-corrosion performance is helpful to prevent safety accidents, reduce economic losses, reduce casualties and environmental pollution, and improve production efficiency. In this paper,through the analysis of various factors that may cause the corrosion of chemical machinery and their relationship, the corrosion of several chemical machinery and equipments being vulnerable to corrosion were studied, their corrosion parts and degrees were found out, and effective anti-corrosion measures were taken to ensure the high efficiency, high quality and stable operation.The paper can provide some reference for equipment anti-corrosion in chemical enterprises.
