地方高校是与区域发展联系最为密切的实体,作为科教资源,地方高校需要进一步解放思想,在教育和经济发展、科技创新的大格局中审视谋划自身发展,探索与区域发展的耦合路径。在探索地方科教资源的转化和释放问题时,可以将科教资源和区域核心竞争力理解为两个系统,将这两个系统内的核心子系统进行分析,找到相互影响、相互联系的内在机制,使得区域科教资源的转化和释放与区域核心竞争力的提升协同发展。

Local colleges and universities are the entities most closely related to regional development.As science and education resources,local colleges and universities need to further emancipate their minds,examine and plan their own development in the overall pattern of education,economic development and scientific and technological innovation,and explore the coupling path with regional development.In exploring the transformation and release of local science and education resources,it is advisable to regard science and education resources and regional core competitiveness as two systems,analyze the core subsystems in the two systems,and find the internal mechanism of mutual influence and connection,so as to make the transformation and release of regional science and education resources and the promotion of regional core competitiveness develop in synergy.
