摘要
以南京铁道职业技术学院“五维四段”递进式教师发展路径为例,总结分析教师发展的要求,寻找教师发展的创新路径和特色举措,坚定不移地走教师特色发展之路,促进全员发展、自主发展、多元发展,打造一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化创新型教师队伍。
Taking the"five dimensions and four stages"progressive teacher development path of Nanjing Vocational Institute of Railway Technology as an example,the paper summarizes and analyzes the requirements of teacher development,seeks innovative paths and characteristic measures for teacher development,unswervingly follows the characteristic path of teachers development,and promotes all-staff development,independent development and diversified development to build a high-quality,professional and innovative teacher team with teacher morality,exquisite skills,reasonable structure and full of vitality.
