Research on the Specialty Group Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of"Double High Plan"

“双高计划”背景下,专业群建设成为高水平高职院校建设的核心,引领高水平高职院校的内涵发展。专业群的组群逻辑为:对接完备产业发展链,育训结合;群内各专业属性相近,同类同源;核心专业辐射带动,群内专业优势互补。专业群建设应以创新人才培养模式为核心,以完善课程资源建设为依托,以建设教师教学创新团队为支撑,以加强国际合作交流为抓手,从而推动专业群建设与“双高”建设协同发展。

Under the background of the"double high plan",the specialty group construction has become the core task of high-level higher vocational colleges guiding the connotation development of high-level higher vocational colleges.The logic of specialty group is:docking the complete industrial development chain,combining education with training;similar attributes of various majors in the group,the same kind of homology;the radiation of the core professionals,and the complementary advantages of the specialties in the group.The construction of specialty groups should take the innovative talent training model as the core,rely on the improvement of curriculum resource construction,support the construction of teaching innovation teams,and strengthen international cooperation and exchanges as the starting point,so as to promote the coordinated development of specialty group and the"double high plan"construction.
