Reshaping Educational Modes in Senior High Schools Under the New System for College Entrance Examinations

新高考下普通高中育人方式改革是以选考为育人新引擎、选课为育人新载体、选学为育人新机制的整体性、系统性、综合性改革,三者互为表里、内在统一,共同指向学生健康成长成才育人目标的实现。普通高中育人方式应有以下调整:引导学生实现个人兴趣与未来职业的统一、个人成长与立德树人的统一、科学选才与社会公平的统一,克服高考“指挥棒”惯习与选考功利性现象;基于学生完整生命主体的发展需求、学生成长成才的个性化需求、知识的融会贯通,传承创新解决五育失衡与选择性课程体系落差;组建专兼结合的生涯指导团队、推进学情分析的科学化水平、制定国家生涯指导标准、育人导向学习空间改造,破解走班困顿与个性化指导缺席的育人新困境。

Under the new system for college entrance examinations,the reform of educational modes in senior high schools is holistic,systematic and comprehensive,using examination selection as the new engine,course selection as the new carrier,and study selection as the new mechanism. Externally and internally integrated,these three aim at students’ healthy growth and talent cultivation. We should adjust the educational modes in senior high schools. Specifically,we need to lead students into the unity of personal interest and future career,the unity of personal growth and morality,and the unity of scientific talent selection and social equity,and overcome the defects resulting from the system for college entrance examinations,and decrease the utilitarian examination selection;based on the development of students’ complete subject of life,their personal needs for growth and success,and their comprehensive understanding and mastery of knowledge in different fields,rely on inheritance and innovations to deal with their imbalanced development in morals,intelligence,sound constitution,aesthetics and job skills and the gap in the selective curriculum system;and establish a full-time and part-time career guidance team,make a scientific analysis of student learning,formulate national-level career guidance standards,improve the talent cultivation-oriented learning space,and tackle the new dilemmas of students’ difficulty in attending elective classes by going to different classrooms on a mobile basis and the absence of personalized guidance.
