数字化转型与企业内部薪酬差距问题研究——来自中国上市公司的经验证据

Research on digital transformation and internal salary gap of enterprises——Empirical evidence from Chinese listed companies

本文结合数字化发展背景,就数字化转型发展对企业内部薪酬差距的影响进行机理分析,并通过采用上市公司数据通过建立面板数据模型进行实证检验,为加快企业数字化转型,推动数字经济健康持续发展提供经验价值。研究表明:企业的数字化转型提高了高管和普通员工的收入水平,但也同时加大了高管与普通员工间的收入差距。将企业按其所有权性质进行异质性分析发现:国有企业的数字化转型缓解了企业内部收入不平等的现象。进一步地,溯源租金产生于不确定性的研究表明:市场风险和市场化进程是影响数字化转型扩大薪酬差距的重要渠道。基于此,应积极推进企业数字化转型,构建企业生态链合理化收入分配制度。

Based on the background of digital development,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the impact of digital transformation and development on the internal salary gap of enterprises.By using the data of listed companies to establish a panel data model for empirical testing,the article provides empirical value for accelerating the digital transformation of enterprises and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the digital economy.Research shows that the digital transformation of enterprises has increased the income levels of executives and ordinary employees,but it has also increased the income gap between executives and ordinary employees.The heterogeneity analysis of enterprises according to their own nature found that the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises alleviated the phenomenon of income inequality within enterprises.Further,the research that traceable rents are generated from uncertainty shows that market risks and marketization processes are important channels for digital transformation to expand the pay gap.Based on this,we should actively promote the digital transformation of enterprises and build a rationalized income distribution system for the enterprise ecological chain.
