在线健康社区信息主题特征及其潜在价值研究——基于LDA模型对“百度痛风病吧”案例的分析

Research on Topic Features and Potential Value of Health Information in Online Health Community——A Case Analysis of Baidu Gout Post Bar Based on LDA Model

在线健康社区作为一种新型的在线医疗平台,其信息获取和知识分享等交互行为进一步促进健康知识普及,推动“互联网+”医疗的可持续发展。以“百度痛风病吧”为例,利用Python编码爬取其所有帖子及回复的文本数据,然后进行数据清洗及处理,并导入LDA模型进行信息的编码分类和可视化研究,分析在线健康社区信息的主题特征。研究结论表明“:百度痛风病吧”社区的信息可分为病理知识、疾病诊疗、药物治疗、生活习惯和情感支持五大主题,并形成以药物治疗类为主、其他四类主题并行的格局;信息主题变化趋势中,药物治疗、情感支持和病理知识主题呈上升趋势,生活习惯和疾病诊疗出现下滑倾向。据此,提出深化在线健康社区平台建设、注重增进药物信息的共享、促进药物市场改革和资源均衡、保障用户的信息安全和有效权益等建议。

As a new online medical platform,online health community further promotes the popularization of health knowledge and the sustainable development of"Internet Plus Healthcare"through its interactive behaviors such as information acquisition and knowledge sharing.To take the Baidu gout post bar as an example,use Python code to crawl the text data of all its posts and replies,then clean and process the data,import LDA model to conduct coding classification and visualization research of information,and analyze the subject characteristics of online health community information.The research conclusion shows that the information of the Baidu gout post bar community can be divided into five themes:pathological knowledge,disease diagnosis and treatment,drug treatment,living habits and emotional support,and a pattern is formed in which drug treatment is the main theme and the other four themes are in parallel.Among the changing trends of information topics,the medication,emotional support,and pathological knowledge showed an upward trend,while the living habits and disease diagnosis and treatment showed a downward trend.Accordingly,some suggestions were put forward,such as deepening the construction of online health community platforms,focusing on improving the sharing of drug information,promoting the reform of the drug market and resource balance,and ensuring information security and effective rights and interests of users.
