应用德尔菲法构建孕产妇母婴健康素养评价指标体系

Development of the assessment index system of maternal and infant health literacy among pregnant women by Delphi method

目的构建适用于孕产妇的母婴健康素养评价指标体系。方法通过文献回顾和专家小组讨论,从基本知识和理念、健康生活方式和行为及基本技能3个维度初步建立孕产妇母婴健康素养评价维度和指标体系,依据德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法,邀请相关领域专家进行两轮咨询评分后筛选并确定评价指标。结果本次咨询有93.33%的专家为副高级及以上职称,平均工作年限为(20.6±10.8)年。两轮咨询表回收率和有效率均为100.00%;两轮专家权威系数分别为0.88、0.89;两轮专家意见协调程度分别为0.131、0.316(均P<0.001)。经过两轮专家咨询,根据筛选标准确定孕产妇母婴健康素养评价指标64条。结论本次研究咨询的专家具有较好的代表性及较高的积极性,且权威程度、协调性较好,筛选出的指标合理、全面。通过此次初步构建的孕产妇母婴健康素养评价指标,为下一步孕产妇母婴健康素养评估工具的开发奠定了基础。

Objective To develop an assessment index system of maternal and infant health literacy suitable for pregnant woman.Methods The assessment index system on maternal and infant health literacy among pregnant woman were developed from three dimensions:basic knowledge and perceptions,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and basic skills through literature review and consultation with expert panel.Based on the principle of Delphi method,two-round Delphi consultations were conducted among the experts in related fields to identify the indicators.Results There was 93.33%of the experts had high professional title,and their average length of work was(20.6±10.8)years.Both of the responding and effective rates of two-round consultation questionnaires were 100.00%,and the authority coefficient of experts was 0.88 and 0.89.The Kendall’s W coefficients through first and second round specialist consultation was 0.131 and 0.316(all P<0.001).After two-round expert consultation,64 qualified assessment indicators were determined based on screening criteria.Conclusion The experts consulted in this study are representative and proactive.Their authority is credible,the degree of coordination is acceptable,and the assessment indicators are reasonable and comprehensive.The development of maternal and infant health literacy assessment index system among pregnant woman lays the foundation for further development of evaluation tool.
