我国能源与金融系统耦合协调发展研究

Research on the Coupled and Coordinated Development of China’s Energy and Financial Systems

能源系统与金融系统在我国国民经济和社会发展过程中具有十分重要的地位,两者之间的耦合互动关系日益密切。通过构建能源与金融系统综合评价指标体系,运用改进型熵值法测算能源与金融系统2000-2019年动态发展水平,并且借鉴耦合协调发展模型对两个系统的耦合协调度进行测度。研究结果表明:我国能源与金融系统均取得了长足的进步,整体呈现出稳定增长的态势,金融系统虽在初始阶段落后于能源系统,但目前已实现了反超;两个系统间的耦合协调度已由初始的中度失调,发展至2019年的初级协调,正逐步向优质协调的方向迈进;能源与金融系统耦合协调度可以分为低质量的平稳期、快速增长的拉动期以及新常态的稳定期,不同阶段呈现出不同的特征。

The energy system and financial system have a very important strategic position in the development of my country’s national economy and society, and the coupling and interaction between the two are becoming increasingly close. By constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for the energy and financial system, the improved entropy method is used to measure the dynamic development level of the energy and financial system from 2000 to 2019,and the coupling and coordinated development model is used to measure the degree of coupling and coordination of the two systems. The research results show that: my country’s energy and financial systems have made considerable progress,and the overall trend of stable growth is shown. Although the financial system lags behind the energy system in the initial stage, it has now achieved overtake;the degree of coupling and coordination between the two systems has evolved from an initial moderate disorder to the primary coordination in 2019, and is gradually moving towards high-quality coordination;the degree of coupling and coordination between the energy and financial systems can be divided into a lowquality stable period, a fast-growing pull period, and a new normal stable period. Different stages present different characteristics.
