摘要
新型工农城乡关系战略的提出,为留守妇女就业升级带来契机。但该群体仍面临就业信心不足、竞争能力弱、非农产业转移滞后、岗位供给匮乏、就业权益受损等高质量就业困境。基于增权理论,对农村留守妇女从业困境的原因进行系统分析。从心理增权、能力增权、环境增权三重维度出发,提出健康就业心理塑造、社会组织助力能力增强、政府主导下岗位换代升级的留守妇女就业转型策略,以期提升留守妇女的就业质量,助力乡村振兴。
The strategy that aims to build a new worker-farmer and urban-rural relationship provides a better employment opportunity for left-behind women.However,they are still facing many employment dilemmas such as lack of confidence,weak competitiveness,lagging transfer of non-agricultural industries,few job opportunities and violation of their employment rights etc..This article uses the empowerment theory to analyze the reasons for the employment dilemmas of left-behind women and presents the following recommendations for the promotion of their employment from the perspectives of psychological empowerment,capability empowerment and environmental empowerment:shaping healthy employment psychology,strengthening organizational capability and upgrading employment positions led by governments,hoping to improve the employment quality of left-behind women and help the rural revitalization.
