情境教学模式在护理本科生对精神科工作场所暴力识别及应对中的效果研究 被引量:2

Effect of contextual teaching model in undergraduate nursing students'recognition of psychiatric workplace violence and response

摘要 目的探讨情境教学模式在护理本科生对精神科工作场所暴力识别及应用中的效果。方法选取2019年深圳市康宁医院101名精神科实习的护理本科生为研究对象,采用便利抽签法将其随机分成研究组(49人)和对照组(52人)。研究组运用情境理论进行暴力风险识别及应用培训,对照组运用常规教学方法。对培训前后的教学效果进行比较。结果培训前两组护生在暴力知识技能、工作场所遭受暴力频度以及对各种暴力恐惧程度得分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。培训后研究组在暴力知识与技能等评分均高于对照组;工作场所遭受暴力的频次低于对照组;对各种暴力恐惧程度低于对照组;研究组授课方式得分(79.98±8.413)高于对照组(68.38±6.803),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论情境教学模式可显著提升精神科护理实习生暴力风险识别及应对的相关知识和技能的掌握,有效降低工作中的暴力伤害和对精神科暴力的恐惧程度,提高暴力培训质量,带教效果明显。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of the contextual teaching model in the recognition and application of psychiatric workplace violence by undergraduate nursing students.Methods A total of 101 undergraduate nursing students in psychiatric internship at this hospital in 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group(49cases)and the control group(52cases)using the convenience lottery method.The study group used contextual theory for violence risk identification and application training,and the control group used conventional teaching methods.The teaching effects before and after the training were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in violence knowledge and skills,workplace violence frequency and fear of violence between the two groups of nursing students before training(P>0.05).The scores of violence knowledge and skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group after training.The frequency of workplace violence was lower than that of the control group.The fear of all kinds of violence was lower than the control group.The teaching style score of the study group(79.98±8.413)was higher than that of the control group(68.38±6.803),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Contextual teaching mode can significantly improve the mastery of knowledge and skills related to violence risk identification and response among psychiatric nursing interns,effectively reduce the degree of violence injury and fear of psychiatric violence at work,improve the quality of violence training,and have a significant teaching effect.
