6-12个月婴儿的年龄与发育进程问卷筛查及危险因素分析

Ages and stages questionnaire in screening developmental levels of infants from 6 to 12 months and risk factors analysis

目的通过筛查婴儿发育水平,为发育迟缓的早期发现和干预提供科学依据。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月在唯儿诺诊所接受体检的6~12个月婴儿3907例,采用年龄与发育进程问卷(第3版)(ages and stages questionnaire thirrd edition,ASQ-3)筛查发育水平,分析筛查异常的危险因素。结果至少一个能区筛查异常的发生率为22%。男性和剖宫产是至少一个能区筛查异常的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05),男性是沟通、精细运动、解决问题和个人-社交筛查异常的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05),剖宫产是粗大运动筛查异常的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05),双胎或多胎是沟通筛查异常的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论避免社会因素的剖宫产和双胎多胎妊娠,重视男性婴儿的早期筛查和早期干预,有利于婴儿发育水平的提高。

Objective To provide scientific basis for early detection and intervention of developmental delay by screening the developmental level of infants.Methods A total of 3907 infants aged 6-12 months who underwent physical examination in Wellem Clinic from January 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled.The development level was screened by ages and stages questionnaire third edition(ASQ-3),and the risk factors of abnormal screening were analyzed.Results The incidence of abnormal screening in at least one energy region was 22%.Male gender and cesarean delivery were risk factors for abnormal screening in at least one energy zone(OR>1,P<0.05).Male gender was a risk factor for communication,fine motor,problem solving,and personal-social abnormal screening(OR>1,P<0.05).Cesarean section was a risk factor for gross motor abnormal screening(OR>1,P<0.05).Twin or multiple births were risk factors for communication abnormal screening(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Avoiding cesarean section and twin multiple pregnancies due to social factors,and paying attention to early screening and early intervention of male infants are conducive to the improvement of infant development.
