应对气候变化、发展绿色经济是欧洲能源转型的直接动力。乌克兰危机升级加快了欧洲能源转型的步伐,地缘政治因素的介入促使欧洲调整了能源转型的路径与节奏。该文分析了欧洲能源转型的动因,尤其是新的地缘政治变化对欧洲能源转型的影响,并在此基础上对欧洲能源转型的路径、进展以及部分欧洲国家的应对进行探讨,最后分析了欧洲能源转型的前景与挑战。

Green economy is the direct driving force for the EU’s energy transition in response to climate change.The Ukraine crisis hasaccelerated the pace of the transition as geopolitical factors have prompted the EUt o adjust the path and rhythm of its energy transition.Based on an analysis of themotives of the EU’s energy transition especially the impact of the geopoliticac hanges in Eurasia,this paper explores the path and progress of the EU’s energytransition,the reaction of some EU member states,and future prospects andc hallenges.
