摘要
为了提高铝型材挤压速度,对其挤压模具进行优化。通过分析铝合金型材在模腔内的变形行为表明,要提高挤压速度,必须减少挤压进程中产生的摩擦热和剪切热,并尽可能降低挤压力。对挤压比、分流比、模腔和模桥截面等因素进行优化,采用先进模具制造加工设备加工模具。优化前后的模具挤压对比结果表明:优化后的模具挤压速度明显提高,人工成本与能源消耗降低,生成效率提高,有利于铝型材生产企业提高产品竞争力。
In order to improve the extrusion speed of aluminum profile and to optimize the extrusion die,the deformation behavior of aluminum alloy profile in the die cavity is analyzed It is shown that the friction heat and shear heat produced in the extrusion process must be reduced,and the extrusion pressure should be reduced as much as possible to achieve the purpose of improving the extrusion speed After optimizing the extrusion ratio,split ratio,cavity and bridge section,advanced die manufacturing and processing equipment is used for processing The results of extrusion show that the extrusion speed of the optimized die is obviously improved,the labor cost and the energy consumption are reduced and the generation efficiency is improved.This is beneficial to the aluminum profile production enterprises to improve the competitiveness of the products.
