摘要
以汽车进水为例,由于不同的地区和环境存在很大的差异,单项试验无法验证不同的工况。本文基于PreonLab仿真软件对车灯进行水流模拟研究,可以模拟多种环境工况,如高压洗车工况、淋雨工况等,根据模拟结果对灯具进水处相关结构进行优化,从而降低进水的风险。
As an example of automobile water intake, because of the great difference in different regions and environments, the single test can not verify the different working conditions. In this paper, water flow simulation research for a rear lamp is conducted by using the PreonLab software, which can simulate a variety of environmental conditions, such as high-pressure car washing, raining. Based on the simulation results, the structure of the lamp is optimized, thereby reducing the risk of water inflow.
