网络舆论圈层化:逻辑生成、发展深化与生态治理

Network Public Opinion Stratification:Generation Logic,Deepen Development and Ecological Governance

社交媒体时代,随着智能技术的发展与应用,网络舆论圈层化现象愈发凸显。然而,圈层化对网络舆论而言是把双刃剑。在现有的理论、技术与运行逻辑下,一方面,技术赋能的圈层化为网络舆论提供了“圈”“层”并行的传播路径,且不断衍生出了圈层舆论、圈层传播,以及圈层文化等新的圈层形态;但另一方面,圈层化也诱发和加剧了对抗性网络舆论等乱象,冲击了既有的舆论生态。对此,本研究建议从自律与他律的双维视角出发,在遵循和完善制度规约的基础上,充分发掘互联网平台内在活力,有效发挥政府主体间性作用,不断尝试构建网络舆论圈层化有理、有效、有序传播的新篇章。

In the social media era,with the development and application of intelligent technology,the phenomenon of network public opinion stratification is becoming more and more prominent.However,the stratification is a doubleedged sword for network public opinion Under the existing theory,technology and operation logic,on the one hand,the stratification of technology empowerment provides a parallel communication path of“circle”and“layer”for network public opinion,and constantly derives new circle forms such as circle public opinion,circle communication and circle culture On the other hand,the stratification also induces and intensifies the confrontational network public opinion and other chaos,impacting the existing public opinion ecology.In this regard,the study suggests that we should start from the two-dimensional perspective of self-discipline and heteronomy,fully explore the internal vitality of the Internet platform on the basis of following and improving the institutional regulations,effectively give full play to the role of government subjectivity and constantly try to build a new chapter of rational,effective and orderly communication of network public opinion.
