干法和湿法工艺OGFC-13沥青混合料性能对比分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了对比干法和湿法工艺高黏改性沥青OGFC-13沥青混合料的性能,采用剪切机制备了高黏改性沥青,比对分析了高黏改性沥青和SBS改性沥青的指标及微观特点。并分别采用干法和湿法工艺拌和OGFC-13沥青混合料,分析了青混合料的空隙率、飞散损失和析漏损失及路用性能指标。结果表明,相同油石比下,干法工艺OGFC-13沥青混合料的空隙率和飞散损失小,高温抗变形性能和水稳定性优;湿法工艺OGFC-13沥青混合料的析漏损失小,低温性能优。 In order to compare and analyze the performance of dry and wet high viscosity modified asphalt OGFC-13 asphalt mixture,high viscosity modified asphalt is prepared by shear mechanism.The indexes and micro characteristics of high viscosity modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt are compared and analyzed.OGFC-13 asphalt mixture are mixed by dry process and wet process.The void ratio,dispersion loss,leakage loss and road performance indexes of asphalt mixture by two process are analyzed respectively.The results show that under the same oilstone ratio,the dry process OGFC-13 asphalt mixture has small porosity and dispersion loss,excellent high temperature deformation resistance and water stability.Wet process OGFC-13 asphalt mixture has small leakage loss and excellent low temperature performance.
