石墨烯-高弹改性沥青混合料SMA10性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 将石墨烯粉末掺入高弹改性沥青中制备石墨烯-高弹改性沥青及其混合料SMA10,考察石墨烯掺量对其路用性能提升效益。结合三大指标试验、多应力蠕变恢复试验与弯曲梁流变试验,结果表明,石墨烯-高弹改性沥青具有良好的高温性能与低温性能,0.4%石墨烯粉末掺量条件下,高弹改性沥青的R值与J、S值与m值均达到了最高值与最低值;石墨烯的掺入能明显提升高弹改性沥青混合料SMA10的路用性能,0.4%掺量条件下,混合料的稳定度提升约16%,低温抗弯拉应变提升约8%,60℃动稳定度提升约23%,抗水损害能力无显著影响,均能满足规范要求。 Graphene powder is mixed into high elastic modified asphalt to prepare graphene high elastic modified asphalt and its mixture SMA10.The effect of graphene content on its road performance improvement is investigated.Combined with the three index test,multi stress creep recovery test and bending beam rheological test,the results show that graphene high elastic modified asphalt has good high-temperature and lowtemperature performances.Under the condition of 0.4% graphene powder content,the R value,Jnr value,S value and m value of high elastic modified asphalt reach the highest and lowest values;The addition of graphene can significantly improve the road performance of high elastic modified asphalt mixture SMA10.Under the condition of 0.4% content,the stability of the mixture is increased by about 16%,the low-temperature bending tensile strain is increased by about 8 %,and the dynamic stability at 60℃ is increased by about 23%.There is no significant effect on the water damage resistance,which can meet the specification requirements.
