高粘弹改性沥青制备方法及混合料性能验证 被引量:4

摘要 通过在基质沥青中添加高粘剂、增韧剂、SBS改性剂、相溶剂、稳定剂尝试探讨高粘弹改性沥青的批量制备方法,以满足不同环境和场合的沥青混合料类型对高性能沥青胶结料的需求。经多指标性能检测,制备的高粘弹沥青胶结料60℃动力黏度大于400 000Pa·s,韧性及粘韧性指标分别大于15 N·m和20 N·m,3 min弹性恢复率达到95%,老化后3 min弹性恢复率达到87%,基于性能的沥青分级可达PG94-22;采用高粘弹沥青胶结料拌制的沥青混合料SMA-10,其高低温性能和水稳定性显著优于非高粘弹沥青胶结料的同类型混合料。室内试验和实际工程效果显示,本研究提出的高粘弹沥青胶结料的批量制备方法是可行的,可以满足功能型沥青混合料的技术要求。 The preparation method of high viscoelastic modified asphalt is attempted to explore by adding high viscosity agent,toughening agent,SBS modifier,solvent and stabilizer to the base asphalt,so as to meet the requirements of asphalt mixture types in different environments and occasions for high-performance asphalt binder.Through multi index performance test,the dynamic viscosity of high viscoelastic asphalt binder prepared in this study is greater than 400,000 Pa·s at 60℃,toughness and viscous toughness indexes are greater than 15 and 20 N·m respectively,elastic recovery rate reaches 95% in 3 minutes,aged elastic recovery rate reaches 87% in 3 minutes,and asphalt grading can reach PG94-22 base on its performances.The asphalt mixture SMA-10 mixed with this high viscoelastic asphalt binder has significantly better high-and low-temperature performance and water stability than the same type of mixture without high viscoelastic asphalt binder.Laboratory tests and practical engineering results show that the preparation method of high viscoelastic asphalt binder proposed in this study is feasible and can meet the technical requirements of functional asphalt mixture.
