摘要
通过海南文琼高速示范工程路面铺筑,研究50号硬质沥青性能及其混合料设计,并对混合料路用性能及路面质量进行检测。结果表明,50号沥青针入度小、软化点高,具有良好的高温稳定性能、低温性能和抗老化性能。50号硬质沥青混合料各项指标均满足设计要求,浸水马歇尔残留稳定度89.7%、冻融劈裂强度比93.1%,动稳定度达到3 559次/mm,反映了50号硬质沥青具有良好的抗水损害及抗车辙性能。路面铺筑质量检测优于设计要求,具有良好的压实度和抗渗水能力。50号硬质沥青适用于我国南方高温多雨地区的高等级公路。
Based on the application of Hainan WenQiong Expressway project,the performance of 50# asphalt and its mixture design are studied,and also the road performance of asphalt mixture and the quality of asphalt pavement are detected.The results show that low penetration and high softening point of 50# asphalt make it has good high temperature stable performance,low temperature performance,and anti-aging performance.The various indexes of 50# hard asphalt mixture meet design requirements,Marshall immersion residual stability is 89.7%,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is 93.1% and dynamic stability reaches 3 559 times/mm,these results indicate that 50# hard asphalt is excellent anti-rutting performance and anti-water damage performance.The quality testing results,which are better than design value requirements,show this pavement has excellent compaction degree and the ability of water penetration resistance.50# hard asphalt is suitable for high-grade highway in hot and rainy areas in southern China.
