摘要
本文以某型应急救援拖车悬架为研究对象,借助UG软件进行转向节、横臂、减震器及转向拉杆的三维建模并添加约束完成整体装配。利用ANSYS软件对关键零件转向节进行静力学分析,添加固定约束、施加载荷,求解得到转向节结构应力分布云图及变形分布云图。仿真分析结果表明,转向节结构变形幅度较小,刚性较强,满足应急救援拖车悬架系统受载条件下的强度要求。
In this paper, the suspension of an emergency rescue trailer is taken as the research object.With the help of UG software, the three-dimensional modeling of steering knuckle, cross arm, shock absorber and steering rod is carried out, and the constraints are added to complete the overall assembly.The static analysis of the key parts of the steering knuckle is carried out by using ANSYS software, the fixed constraints are added and the load is Applied, and the stress distribution nephogram and deformation distribution nephogram of the steering knuckle structure are obtained.The simulation results show that the steering knuckle structure has small deformation range and strong rigidity, which meets the strength requirements of the emergency rescue trailer suspension system under load.
