YZ-3抑制剂在高泥钼矿浮选中的试验研究

摘要 某高泥钼矿绢云母和高岭土含量较高,生产中浮选泡沫较黏,导致钼精矿品位低,生产回收率低。采用YZ-3新型泥质矿物抑制剂进行选矿试验研究,经过一次粗选、三次扫选、一次精选,可获得Mo品位为6.40%、回收率为80.44%的钼粗精矿。与原生产指标相比,钼粗精矿品位提高了2.32百分点,钼回收率提高了4.93百分点。YZ-3抑制剂性质稳定,抑制效果好,药耗低,无毒无污染,是新型高效环保型矿用药剂。 A high-mud molybdenum ore has high content of sericite and kaolin,and the flotation foam is sticky during production,resulting in low grade of molybdenum concentrate and low production recovery rate.A new type of argillaceous mineral inhibitor was used to conduct beneficiation experiments.After one roughing,three sweeping and one beneficiation,molybdenum coarse concentrate with Mo grade of 6.40%and recovery rate of 80.44%can be obtained.Compared with the original production index,the grade of molybdenum rough concentrate has increased by 2.32 percent point,and the recovery rate of molybdenum has increased by 4.93 percent point.The new type of mud mineral inhibitor has stable properties,good inhibitory effect,low drug consumption,non-toxic and non-polluting,and is a new type of high-efficiency and environmentally friendly mining agent.
