摘要
对Mo-50W合金的钼粉与钨粉粒度的配比和烧结致密化进行了试验,结果表明2.0μm的钼粉与2.5μm的钨粉配比具有较高的压坯强度和致密度;进行了交叉轧制和退火热处理试验,试验显示换向前后变形率一致的交叉轧制工艺在1400~1500℃之间发生了完全再结晶,继续提高退火温度则会使晶粒长大。
The particle size matching of molybdenum powder and tungsten powder and sintering densification tests of Mo-50W alloy were carried out.The results show that the matching of 2.0μm molybdenum powder and 2.5μm tungsten powder has higher compact strength and density;the test of cross rolling and annealing heat treatment was done,the result shows that complete recrystalization occurs at 1400~1500℃in the cross rolling process with the same deformation rate before and after reversing,and the grain size will grow when the annealing temperature contiunes to increase.
