摘要 在我国高等教育系统中,应用型人才培养与国家经济社会发展需求紧密相关,伴随着全球经济市场环境的变化,我国在教育教学工作中,出现了以“大众创业、万众创新”为基本导向的人才培养理念,形成了创新、创造、创业三位一体的“三创”人才培养要求。文章应用SWOT分析方法对当前高等教育系统中应用型人才培养存在的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行分析,通过创新校企合作机制,提高“三创”人才培养的整体质量,充分发挥校企合作产学研教联动的优势资源,打造“三创”人才孵化基地,推动“三创”人才教育质量和社会需求适应性的全面提升。 In the higher education system of our country,the cultivation of applied talents is closely related to the needs of national economic and social development.With the change of global economic market environment,the concept of talent training based on mass entrepreneurship and innovation has emerged in education and teaching in our country,which has formed the talent training requirements of the trinity of innovation,creation,and entrepreneurship.By using the method of SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and challenges existing in the cultivation of applied talents in the current higher education system,and innovates the mechanism of cooperation between universities and enterprises to improve the overall quality of the cultivation of talents of “Three Innovation”,give full play to the advantage resources of industry-university-research teaching linkage in the school-enterprise cooperation,build a talent incubation base for “Three Innovation”,and promote the overall improvement of the education quality and social demand adaptability of “Three Innovation”talents.
