Under the background of the cloud era,the new information technology elements have been integrated into archives management in colleges and universities.This paper expounds on the problems and advantages of the current digital archives management work and explores the application of information technology in the concrete practice of archives management in colleges and universities to meet the needs of the times which can effectively improve the service level of archives management in colleges and universities,realize the digital transformation of archives,and serve the undergraduate teaching and scientific research well.
