摘要 作为生命类、生物技术以及生物工程类专业必须开设的专业课程之一,分子生物学课程可以有效培养学生科研创新能力,从而更好地提高学生的整体素质。根据课程特点和目标,需要将教学与科研有机融合,鼓励学生参与科研活动,以满足“新工科”人才培养的需求。本文基于创新能力培养的视角,重点就如何优化构建分子生物学课程知识体系展开研究,以期提高课程教学效果和建设水平。 As one of the necessary professional courses for life,biotechnology,and bioengineering,the molecular biology curriculum can effectively cultivate students’ scientific research innovation abilities and improve students’ overall qualities.According to the characteristics and objectives of the curriculum,it is necessary to organically integrate teaching and scientific research and encourage students to participate in the scientific research activities,which can meet the needs for talent training in “new engineering”.Based on the perspective of cultivating innovative ability,this paper focuses on how to optimize and construct the knowledge system of the molecular biology curriculum,to improve the teaching effects and the construction level of this curriculum.
