Fiber art originated from tapestry art.In the process of continuous integration and acceptance of more cultural and artistic concepts,fiber art shows the characteristics of openness and diversity through the changes of different materials and presentation methods.As a common technique in fiber art,crochet technology is a form of expression that has changed from folk technology to contemporary fiber art.Based on the origin,types,acupuncture therapy and its application at home and abroad of crochet technology,this paper mainly discusses the application and integration of crocheting technology and contemporary fiber art.
