“1+X证书”制度背景下高职服装专业教学改革探索与实践

Exploration and practice of teaching reform of clothing major in higher vocational colleges under the background of“1+X certificate”system

“1+X证书”制度的试点运行,既是职业教育在新时代下不断创新发展的必然趋势,也是高职院校开展校企协同育人的重要举措。文章根据目前服装专业教学存在的问题,从产业职业岗位需求分析入手,通过课证融通、岗训结合,探索“岗课赛证”融合的人才培养模式改革;将“1+X证书”标准与课程标准对接,系统推进教学各环节;总结服装专业的课程体系、课程内容、教学实施和管理机制等方面的变革,以期为“1+X证书”背景下高职其他专业教学改革提供借鉴与参考。

The pilot operation of“1+X certificate”system is the inevitable trend of continuous innovation and development of vocational education in the new era,and it is also an important measure for higher vocational colleges to carry out school-enterprise collaborative education.According to the problems existing in the teaching of clothing major at present,starting with the analysis of the needs of industrial and professional posts,through the course and certificate integration,post and training combination,this paper explores the reform of the talent training model of the integration of“post,course,competition and certificate”;connects the“1+X certificate”standard with the curriculum standard,and systematically promote all links of teaching;summarizes the changes in the curriculum system,curriculum content,teaching implementation and management mechanism of clothing major,in order to provide reference for the teaching reform of other majors in higher vocational education under the background of“1+X certificate”.
