校企融合视域下服装设计专业创新教学研究

Research on innovative teaching of clothing design major from the perspective of school-enterprise integration

“深化产教融合,加强校企合作”是推动高校专业教育改革的必由之路,尤其对实践性较强的专业,校企融合是培养高素质应用型服装专业人才的重要突破口。文章针对服装设计专业校企联合培养现状,剖析目前存在的问题和不足,结合实际教学情况和反馈,对创新校企融合模式、实践路径进行探讨,同时围绕合作育人、合作就业、合作发展开展教学讨论,在实践路径中提出项目导入、资源共享、多方联动等策略,以帮助服装设计专业提高人才培养的实用性与实效性。

“Deepening the integration of industry and education and strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises”is the only way to promote the reform of professional education in colleges and universities,especially for the majors with strong practicality,the integration of schools and enterprises is an important breakthrough in cultivating high-quality applied clothing professionals.In view of the current situation of joint training between schools and enterprises of clothing design major,this paper analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies,discusses the innovative school-enterprise integration model and practice path in combination with the actual teaching situation and feedback,carries out teaching discussions around cooperative education,cooperative employment and cooperative development,and puts forward strategies such as project introduction,resource sharing and multi-party linkage in the practice path,in order to help clothing design majors improve the practicality and effectiveness of talent training.
