创新型人才对经济发展贡献率研究——以长三角三省一市为例

Research on the Contribution Rate of Innovation-oriented Talents to Economic Development——a case study of three provinces and one city in Yangtze River Delta

文章基于改进的C-D函数,构建了物质资本存量、劳动力投入存量、创新型人才存量等要素和经济发展之间关系的模型,并利用R软件对长三角三省一市2011年到2020年的相关数据进行分析,得出各要素对长三角三省一市经济发展的贡献率。结果表明:创新型人才存量增长速率相对不高,对经济发展贡献率相对不足;长三角三省一市之间存在一定差异,且各年有所起伏。因此,长三角三省一市应注重创新型人才培养、加大高等教育对人才的培养力度和引导创新型人才存量正向流动,以促进经济发展。

Based on the improved C-D function,this paper constructs a model of the relationship between physical capital stock,labor input stock,innovative talent stock and economic development.In addition,R software is used to analyze the relevant data of the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta from 2011 to 2020,and the contribution rate of each factor to the economic development of the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta is obtained.The results show that the growth rate of innovative talent stock is relatively low,and the contribution rate to economic development is relatively insufficient.There are certain differences among the three provinces and one city,and there are ups and downs every year.Therefore,the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta should pay attention to the cultivation of innovative talents,strengthen the cultivation of talents by higher education and guide the positive flow of innovative talents in order to promote economic development.
