摘要
科教融合既是对高校科研和教学资源反哺、成果反哺、过程协同固有路径的突破,也是对新文科人才培养中科研和教学之间关系的一种妥善处理,在创新型人才培养中具有重要意义。通过调查分析,文章发现目前高校新文科人才培养中的科教融合存在专业建设观念上重“教”轻“研”、教师科研指导方式单一与学生研究性学习需求高但参与度低、科研实践中“团队意识”薄弱等诸多问题,严重制约了新文科建设与人才培养质量。因此,应通过建构政策体系和实践体系、丰富研究性教学和指导、改革课程教学及考核方式等策略,推进科教融合,提升育人效果。
The integration of science and education is not only a breakthrough in the inherent path of refeeding scientific research and teaching resources,refeeding achievements and process coordination in colleges and universities,but also a proper handling of the relationship between scientific research and teaching in the training of new liberal arts talents,which is of great significance in the training of innovative talents.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that there exist some problems in the current integration of science and education in the cultivation of new liberal arts talents in colleges and universities:the concept of professional construction emphasizes“teaching”over“research”;the single method of teachers′scientific research guidance;students′high research learning needs and low participation,and weak team consciousness in scientific research practice,etc.These problems have seriously restricted the construction of new liberal arts and the quality of talent training.Therefore,the integration of science and education should be promoted through strategies such as constructing a policy system and practice system,enriching research-based teaching and guidance,and reforming curriculum teaching and assessment methods to improve the effect of talent cultivation.
