地矿类艰苦专业“三全育人”体系构建探索 被引量:1

摘要 “三全育人”是新时期推进高校思想政治工作的一项重大举措,也是落实高校立德树人根本任务的有效抓手。文章首先对地矿类艰苦专业人才培养现状及其存在的问题进行了分析;然后从大学生心理健康及思政教育的方法与规律、人才培养机制、跨学科课程体系和教学模式、教学实践基地、师资队伍和教材体系等五个方面,对如何构建地矿类艰苦专业“三全育人”体系进行了深入探讨,形成了目标明确的地矿类艰苦专业“三全育人”体系雏形;最后结合某高校“三全育人”工作实际,构建了高校地矿类艰苦专业“三全育人”模型。 Constructing a system of“three-wide education”is an important measure to promote ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era,and also an effective way to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people through virtue.Firstly,the paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the arduous majors of geology and mining.Then it explores deeply into how to construct the“three-wide education”system in the arduous majors of geology and mining from five aspects:college students′mental health methods and methods and rules of ideological and political education,talent training mechanism,interdisciplinary curriculum system and teaching mode,teaching practice base,teaching staff and teaching material system,forming the prototype of the“three-wide education”system with clear goals for the arduous majors of geology and mining.Finally,combined with the practical work of“three-wide education”in a university,the model of“three-wide education”for the arduous majors of geology and mining is constructed.
