信息技术进步推动了图书馆事业发展,作为信息知识服务机构,图书馆是技术赋能的受益者和推动者。图书馆将技术赋能转化为信息知识服务发展的驱动力,带来了信息增能和知识汇能,为信息传播和知识共享注入了活力,产生了广泛的社会效益。本文从信息技术发展推动智慧图书馆建设的角度出发,以技术赋能、信息增能、知识汇能三个角度阐述了当前图书馆信息化建设工作面临的挑战和创新发展机遇,并分析了5G、人工智能、区块链、虚拟现实等新兴技术体系对未来智慧图书馆建设的影响。

The progress of information technology promotes the development of library.As an information and knowledge service institution,library is the beneficiary and promoter of technology empowerment.The library transforms the technology empowerment into the driving force of the information knowledge service development,brings the information enhancement power and the knowledge aggregation power.It also injects vitality into information dissemination and knowledge sharing and produces extensive social benefits.From the perspective of promoting the construction of smart library by the development of information technology,this paper expounds the challenges and opportunities of innovation in the construction of library information technology from the perspectives of technology empowerment,information enhancement and knowledge aggregation.Then this paper analyzes the impact of 5G,artificial intelligence,blockchain,virtual reality and other emerging technology systems on the future smart library.
