以窄路密网为背景的街区效益研究

Study on the Block Benefit with the Background of Narrow Road&Dense Network

窄路密网作为一种交通规划理念,不仅从交通层面为街区带来变革,而且给街区带来活力与再生。从交通、社会和健康3个方面效益角度出发,分析研究窄路密网背景下街区效益评价方法,剖析各效益下的因子构成和评价方法。运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,实现对街区效益的量化。最后,选取长沙市3类典型街区进行验证分析,并提出改造建议。

As a traffic planning concept,narrow road&dense network not only brings changes to the block from the traffic level,but also brings vitality&regeneration to the block.From the perspective of transportation,social&health benefits,it analyzes&studies the evaluation methods of block benefits under the background of narrow road&dense network,and analyzes the factor composition&evaluation methods under each benefit.Using the analytic hierarchy process&fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the district benefits can be quantified.Finally,three types of typical blocks in Changsha are selected for verification&analysis,and some suggestions for transformation are put forward.
