简支钢混组合梁桥新型桥面连续结构受力仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对一种基于高性能纤维增韧混凝土材料、适应于倒T盖梁或平头盖梁的简支钢混组合桥梁新型桥面连续结构,并采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件进行受力仿真分析。通过对桥面连续结构应力分布情况下桥面连续过渡段合理长度、组合梁端头焊钉连接件合理布置等问题的研究,结果表明:桥面连续结构端部存在明显应力分布不均匀情况,有效分布宽度约为原宽度的90%;桥面连续结构上表面受拉,端部拉应力较大,设置较短过渡段即可有效保证普通混凝土桥面板抗裂要求;桥面连续无黏结层端部不会出现明显的应力集中现象;简支梁端头靠近桥面连续端部的焊钉会承受较大的上拔力,建议局部焊钉加长和横向布置。 Aiming at a new type of continuous deck structure of simply supported steel-concrete composite bridge based on high-performance fiber reinforced concrete material and suitable for inverted T-cap beam or flat head cap beam,the mechanical simulation analysis is carried out by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.Through the research on the reasonable length of the continuous transition section of the bridge deck&the reasonable arrangement of the welded nail connectors at the end of the composite beam under the stress distribution of the continuous structure of the bridge deck,the results show that there is an obvious uneven stress distribution at the end of the continuous structure of the bridge deck,and the effective distribution width is about 90%of the original width.The upper surface of the continuous structure of the bridge deck is under tension,and the tensile stress at the end is large.It is effective to set a short transition section to ensure the crack resistance requirements of the ordinary concrete bridge deck.There will be no obvious stress concentration at the end of the continuous non-bonding layer of the bridge deck.The welding nails at the end of the simply supported beam close to the continuous end of the bridge deck will bear a large pull-up force.It is recommended to lengthen the local welding nails&arrange them horizontally.
