摘要
鄱余特大桥工程项目因乐安河阻隔,预制小箱梁跨河运输工程量大,也是影响总工期的关键。基于预制小箱梁跨河运输施工功能要求及水文地质条件,进行多方案对比分析,推荐采用组合钢结构提升站结合驳船运输过河方案。详细介绍了提升站施工设计的各项关键工况和结构设计控制要点。这可为今后同类型桥梁上部结构预制梁过河运输方案比选及施工设计提供参考。
The Poyu Super-Large Bridge project is blocked by Le'an River,and the transportation of prefabricated small box girder across the river is large,which is also the key to the total construction period.Based on the functional requirements&hydrogeological conditions of prefabricated small box girder cross river transportation,the comparison&analysis of multiple schemes are carried out,and the scheme of combined steel structure lifting station combined with barge transportation is recommended.The key working conditions&structural design control points of the construction design of the lifting station are introduced in detail;which can provide a reference for the comparison&selection of transportation schemes and construction design of prefabricated beams for the superstructure of the same bridge in the future.
