摘要
推动民族地区教育高质量发展,需要建立一支适应民族地区教育发展的卓越教师队伍。新时代民族地区卓越教师有其特殊诉求:要具备扎根民族地区的教育情怀、适应民族地区教育的特适能力、促进民族地区基础教育改革的创新能力。民族院校是为民族地区培养卓越教师的重要阵地。然而,当前民族院校教师培养存在适应民族地区教育发展特殊素养的遮蔽、理论知识与实践技能疏离、文化继承与发展失调等迷误。对其进行反思,其促进方略是要创新管理机制、探索学习机制、构建研学环境,以助力教师培养的德性升华路径、文化学习路径、知识建构路径得以凸显,促进民族院校卓越教师培养得以成为可能。
To promote the high-quality development of education in ethnic areas,it is necessary to establish a team of excellent teachers to adapt to the educational development in ethnic areas.There are special demands of excellent teachers in ethnic areas in the new era,that is to have the educational feelings rooted in ethnic areas,the special ability to adapt to the education in ethnic areas,and the innovative ability to promote the reform of basic education in ethnic areas.Ethnic universities are important positions for training excellent teachers in ethnic areas.But still there are some deficiencies in the training of excellent teachers in ethnic university,such as neglecting to cultivate special qualities to adapt to the educational development in ethnic areas,theoretical knowledge and practical skills cannot be combined,and cultural inheritance and development cannot be coordinated.After reflecting on these issues,the strategy of training excellent teachers for ethnic areas should be to innovate the management mechanism,explore the learning mechanism and build a research and learning environment,so as to improve teachers’morality,cultural learning ability and knowledge construction ability.All these make it possible for ethnic universities to train excellent teachers.
