外来中药万寿菊花的中药药性再探索

Re-exploration on the medicinal properties of Tagetes erecta

万寿菊(Tagetes erecta L)为菊科万寿菊属植物,原产墨西哥和中美洲地区。目前,在我国有大规模种植,万寿菊花主要用于提取叶黄素,以其提取物与中药配伍开发的产品畅销全球。中药药性是指导中药合理应用的理论基础,其源于临床实践并在应用的过程中不断更新和完善。万寿菊属于外来中药,虽然已有药性和应用的记载,但当前在我国暂无药材标准,经分析发现对其中药药性的研究不完善,药性记载与目前应用不完全相符。本研究通过对外来中药万寿菊的国内外相关文献进行全面查阅,借鉴以“文献研究→理论探讨→药性验证→临床实践”为路径的新外来药物“中药化”的研究策略与范式,以临床应用为依据,实验研究为参考,通过对万寿菊相关文献进行分析,从传统中医药理论角度对外来中药万寿菊花的药性进行再探索,补充和更新完善万寿菊的中药药性,形成了较为完善的药性理论,以期为其合理推广应用和产品开发提供理论依据和指导。

Tagetes erecta(Marigold)is a plant from the genus Asteraceae native to Mexico and Central America.At present,marigold is planted on a large scale in China,mainly used to extract lutein.There are many health food products with marigold and traditional Chinese medicine on the market,which are sold well all over the world.The medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicines are the theoretical basis for guiding the rational application,which are originated from clinical practice and are constantly updated and improved in the process of application.Marigold is a foreign traditional Chinese medicine.Although there are records of medicinal properties and applications,no standards for medicinal materials in China exist.After analysis,it was found that the research on medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine was insufficient and the medicinal properties records were not completely consistent with the current application.In this paper,through a comprehensive review of relevant domestic and foreign literature on marigold.This study drawed on the research strategy and paradigm of“traditional Chinese medicine”of new exotic drugs in the path of“document research→theoretical discussion→drug property verification→clinical practice”.Through the analysis of the relevant literature,the medicinal properties of marigold flower were re-explored from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory.This paper supplemented and updated the traditional Chinese medicine properties of marigold,forming a relatively complete theory of medicinal properties.This article would provide more theoretical basis and guidance for the rational promotion,application and product development.
