摘要
氧化应激在糖尿病环境中肾脏损伤的发展过程中起着核心作用。持续高血糖会诱导慢性氧化应激,从而激活肾脏组织和系统内多个下游相关因子使肾脏结构与功能破坏,包括激活p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶使足细胞凋亡、激活转化生长因子-β1导致细胞外基质在肾小球系膜及肾小管间质的积聚,进而促进糖尿病肾病的发生与发展。传统中药具有多途径、多靶点、多环节的治疗特点,可通过抗氧化应激和作用于氧化应激下游相关因子延缓糖尿病肾病的发生发展。
Oxidative stress plays a central role in the development of kidney damage in the diabetic environment.Sustained hyperglycemia induces chronic oxidative stress,which activates multiple downstream related factors in the kidney tissue and the system,leading to the destruction of kidney structure and function,including the activation of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p38MAPK),leading to podocyte apoptosis and activation of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and leading to extracellular matrix accumulated in the glomerular mesangium and renal tubule interstitium,which in turn promote the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy.Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-pathway,multi-target and multi-step treatment,which can delay the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy by anti-oxidative stress and acting on related factors downstream of oxidative stress.
