川芎活性成分改善神经退行性疾病药理研究进展 被引量:21

Pharmacological research progress of active ingredients of Ligusticum chuanxiong hort for improving neurodegenerative diseases

摘要 神经退行性疾病是老龄社会面临的重大健康挑战,发病机制不清,目前认为与神经炎症、氧化应激损伤、兴奋性毒性、神经细胞毒性损伤等有关。近年来中药天然活性物质成为药物研发的热门,川芎作为传统中药,其功效“引人身清阳之气上至于脑”等理论,以及现代药理研究中,川芎多种活性成分具有抗炎、抗氧化损伤、保护线粒体和保护神经细胞等作用,说明川芎有良好的神经药理作用,在改善神经退行性疾病中具有潜在的价值。本文从抗神经炎症、抗氧化应激、线粒体保护、神经细胞保护、抗细胞毒性和调控自噬角度对川芎中活性成分的神经药理作用进行了综述,并在此基础上,提出了未来研究的方向,以期为川芎在神经退行性疾病的研究和应用开发提供参考和思路。 Neurodegenerative diseases are the giant health challenges faced by aging society.Their pathogenesis is shrouded in mist.Currently,it is thought to be related to neuroinflammation,oxidative stress injury,excitatory toxicity,toxic damage to nerve cells and so on.In recent years,the natural active substance of traditional Chinese medicine has become a hot topic in drug research and development.Ligusticum chuanxiong hort,as traditional Chinese medicine,the effect of“Leading the human qingyang qi to the brain”theory,as well as the modern pharmacological study,various active ingredients of Ligusticum chuanxiong hort have the effects of anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative damage,protection of mitochondria and nerve cells,suggesting that Ligusticum chuanxiong hort has good neuropharmacological effects and gradually glows in the improvement of neurodegenerative diseases.The neuropharmacological effects on the active components of Ligusticum chuanxiong hort associated with anti-neuroinflammation,anti-oxidative stress,mitochondrial protection,nerve cell protection,anti-cytotoxicity and autophagy regulation were focused on in this review.And on this basis,this paper would put forward the future research direction in order to provide references and ideas for the research and application of Ligusticum chuanxiong hort in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
