共同富裕背景下市级地方标准现状和发展探讨

Current Situation and Development of Municipal Local Standards in the Context of Common Prosperity

修订的《标准化法》赋予市级地方标准法律地位,其对基层经济社会发展有着重要的技术支撑作用。本文对全国市级地方标准的数量、重点省份标准领域分布情况、共同富裕中的作用等进行现状分析,结合标准制定和实施过程中存在的问题,得出应通过全力提升标准全生命周期质量,做好标准与政策法规的衔接配套,合理谋划市级地方标准升级之路等方式,借着共同富裕这一政策暖风,多措并举促市级地方标准良性发展。

The revised Standardization Law gives the legal status of municipal local standards,which plays an important role in supporting the development of grass-roots economy and society.The paper makes the analysis of the number of national municipal local standards,the industrial distribution of these standard in key provinces and their role of facilitating common prosperity.Combined with the problems existing in the process of standards development and implementation,it concludes that the benign development of municipal local standards should be promoted by improving the quality of the whole life cycle of standards and connecting standards with policies and regulations.
