摘要
在对“十三五”期间154个浙江省市场监督系统检验检测技术装备项目现场集中验收情况进行分析的基础上,结合系统内157家检验检测机构调研和1217份被检测企业问卷调查情况的统计分析,发现检验检测技术装备项目管理存在装备资源分布不均、过程管理不重视、内部控制不完善、绩效考评缺乏等问题。与此同时,结合检验检测技术装备项目的管理实践提出相应的对策建议,以期为装备项目管理提供借鉴和启示。
Based on the analysis of the acceptance of 154 inspection and testing technology and equipment projects of Zhejiang market supervision system during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the paper makes the statistic analysis combined with the survey results of 157 inspection institutions in the system and the results of 1,217 questionnaires of enterprises to be tested.It is found that there are some problems in the project management of inspection and testing technology and equipment,such as uneven distribution of equipment resources,lack of attention to process management,imperfect internal control and lack of performance evaluation.Based on the management practice of inspection and testing technology equipment project,it puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions for these problems,providing reference for equipment project management.
