Quality and Safety Risk Analysis of Lithium-ion Batteries Used in Electric Bicycles

随着2019年电动自行车新国标的实施,“轻量化”成为了电动自行车新国标时代的大势。但频繁发生的电动自行车安全事故严重影响了产业的健康发展。本文依据厦门市开展的电动自行车用锂离子电池监督抽查情况,对锂离子电池的来料、工艺、保护电路设计等方面进行分析研究。

With the implementation of the new national standard for electric bicycles in 2019,lightweight has become the general trend of electric bicycles.But frequent safety accidents of electric bicycles have seriously affected the healthy development of the industry.Based on the supervision of lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles carried out in Xiamen city,Fujian province,this paper studies the materials,process and protective circuit design of lithium-ion batteries.
