微波消解-电感耦合等离子体法测定纺织品、非金属饰品中的镧元素

摘要 建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定纺织品、饰品中镧的分析方法。在样品中加入混合酸经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪分析,以优选的分析谱线,对消解液的镧(La)进行含量测定。该方法的标准曲线相关性良好(r≥0.9995),方法检出限为3mg/kg,定量限为10mg/kg,精密度<10%,加标样品回收率在90.6%~110.1%。该方法稳定可靠,适用于纺织品、饰品中镧元素的测定,可为与人体接触纺织品、饰品不良反应研究提供重要依据。 To establish a method for the determination of lanthanum in textiles and ornaments by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The sample was digested,with mixed acid was added,by microwave.The content of lanthanum(La) in the digestion solution was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer with the preferred analytical spectral line.The standard curve of the method has good correlation(r≥0.9995).The detection limit of the method was 3 mg/kg,the quantitative limit was 10 mg/kg,the precision was less than10%,and the recovery of spiked samples was 90.6%~110.1%.The method is stable and reliable,which is suitable for the determination of lanthanum in textiles and non-metal ornaments.It also can provide an important basis for the study of adverse reactions of them in contact with human body.
