摘要 目的 构建统一预约平台,提高医技检查预约效率,优化预约检查预约流程。方法 建立多种预约模式,即集中预约、医技预约、门诊诊间预约、住院病区预约、自助预约,对多种检查按照规则进行冲突检测及预约时间智能推荐。结果统一预约平台已集成多种检查类别,包含检查项目800余项,优化了预约流程,缩短了平均检查预约等待时间,减少了患者预约更改率。结论 基于人因工程学建立检查统一预约系统,通过灵活、智能的预约功能提升医技科室工作效率,提升患者的就诊体验。 Objective To build the unified reservation platform, improve reservation efficiency of medical examinations, and optimize reservation process. Methods The variety of reservation modes were established, such as centralized reservation,medical technique reservation, outpatient reservation, ward reservation and self-service reservation. The conflict detection and intelligent recommendation of reservation time were performed for various examinations according to the rules. Results The unified reservation platform integrated the variety of examination categories with more than 800 examination items. The platform optimized the reservation process, shortened mean reservation waiting time and reduced patient reservation change rate.Conclusion It is demonstrated that the unified examination reservation system based on human factor engineering could improve work efficiency of medical technology department and patient experience by flexible and intelligent reservation function.
