摘要
水路交通控制是系统运行安全高效、运载装备绿色智能、基础设施建养运维的有力保障。笔者分析了水路交通控制的概念和内涵;在对比轨道交通控制、道路交通控制和空中交通管理的基础上,探讨了水路交通控制存在的问题;总结了水路交通控制的研究范畴,并提出了“一图一网四平台”的系统架构和关键技术,综述了水路交通要素感知融合、水路交通装备运行控制和水路交通系统自主管控的技术趋势。
Waterway traffic control is a strong guarantee for safe and efficient system operation,green and intelligent transportation equipment,and infrastructure construction,operation,and maintenance.In view of those,we analyze the concept and connotation of waterway traffic control.And we discuss the problems existing in waterway traffic control by comparing rail,road and air traffic control.Then,we summarize the research scopes and propose the system architecture and key technologies of“one map,one network and four platforms.”Finally,we review the technology trends of waterway traffic perception fusion,equipment operation control,and waterway traffic system autonomous control.
